MAS :: Special celebration livery painted

The first A380 for Malaysia Airlines (MAS) was unveiled today bearing its special celebration livery, ahead of entry-into-service next week on the Kuala Lumpur-London route.

Nah!..looks like the MAS logo over tail lines and the body scheme don't match together. Body livery is stronger visually than MAS logo. Q: Why the two waves dont run 'till the rear end (stops at horizontal stabs) ? and why the scheme dont run over wing box and belly ?... is there technical issues there with A380 ?...oh lalla Malaysian what are you doing with your brand identity !!!...

Afraid to say, I don't like it. I think it's not worked out enough, and looks clunky. Something that might work on paper, most certainly doesn't work out in real life...

"Interesting" choice of colors and shapes... let's see what the new standard colors of MAS will be.
